Mentoring is a form of learning, designed to support people at various stages of their professional development. The mentor guides the mentee through the learning process, encouraging the sharing of experiences and the development of the mentee’s knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills.

The mentoring program has been created to provide candidates with practical skills in the creation of websites, web and mobile applications.The program is designed so that the theoretical part represents 20% and the practical 80%.
Candidates are divided into groups and given joint projects in which they work together to deliver a final product.

How is the mentoring program structured? 🤔
Video Conferences are organised in French and English at 5p.m, 6p.m, 7p.m, 8p.m, 9p.m, & 10p.m,
1-hour training sessions from Mondays to Saturdays
From 5 p.m. every Monday to Sunday, we have video conferences on Google Meet or Skype to explain concepts and facilitate the comprehension of chapters. A record of these conferences is recorded and shared on Telegram or Skype for those who could not make it online on a specific date.
Questions & Answers Sessions on Sundays
On Sundays, The WhatsApp Workgroup is open for questions and answers. We discuss the week’s topics and how each is progressing with his individual project so far. it’s an opportunity for those who weren’t available during the week to catch up.
Projects
The mentoring program offers a number of real-life projects as a playground for applying what the mentee has learned so far. Projects are handled in groups with other candidates with the same or a parallel technical skills acquisition plan.
Educational Resources
Far from being a course program, we offer resources from around the web, which is free. Ranging from YouTube videos to Blog posts, we curate and make sure each educational material is consistent enough to take the mentee to the next stage in the program.
